SPONSOR: Scott (Jones, 117)
COMMITTEE ACTION: Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Crime Prevention and Public Safety by a vote of 7 to 0.

of the Department of Public Safety has the authority to establish
rules regarding the POST Commission.
Testifying for the bill were Senator Scott; and Department of
Public Safety.
OPPONENTS: There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
